تحكم هذه الشروط استخدامَك تطبيق «Infinite Pro» (نقاط بيع وتقارير) المقدَّم من Alfa Soft. بتنزيلك التطبيق أو استخدامه فأنت توافق على هذه الشروط؛ فإن لم توافق فلا تستخدم التطبيق.
1) الترخيص والاستخدام
نمنحك ترخيصًا محدودًا غير حصريٍّ وغير قابلٍ للتحويل لاستخدام التطبيق لأغراض أعمالك المشروعة فقط. تبقى جميعُ حقوق الملكيّة الفكريّة للتطبيق ملكًا لـ Alfa Soft.
2) الحسابات وإدارتها
يُدار إنشاءُ الحسابات والصلاحيّات واشتراكاتُها عبر تطبيق الويب الخاصّ بالنظام؛ أمّا تطبيق الجوّال فهو واجهةُ نقاط بيعٍ وتقاريرَ بسيطة لحسابٍ قائم. أنت مسؤولٌ عن سرّيّة بيانات الدخول وعن كلّ نشاطٍ يجري عبر حسابك.
3) الاستخدام المقبول
عدم استخدام التطبيق في أيّ غرضٍ مخالفٍ للأنظمة أو لحقوق الغير، وعدم محاولة الوصول غير المصرّح به أو الهندسة العكسيّة أو تعطيل الخدمة. وأنت مسؤولٌ عن صحّة بياناتك والتزامها بأنظمة بلدك الضريبيّة والمحاسبيّة.
4) الاشتراكات والدفع
تُدار الاشتراكاتُ والفوترةُ عبر تطبيق الويب/قنوات Alfa Soft، ولا يُجرى شراءٌ رقميٌّ داخل تطبيق الجوّال. تُحدَّد الأسعارُ ودوراتُ التجديد وقتَ الاشتراك، وأيُّ رسومٍ غيرُ مستردّةٍ ما لم ينصّ النظام على خلاف ذلك.
5) البيانات والخصوصيّة
يخضع تعاملُنا مع بياناتك لسياسة الخصوصيّة، ويمكنك طلبُ حذف حسابك وبياناتك من صفحة حذف الحساب (الروابط أدناه).
6) إخلاء الضمان وحدود المسؤوليّة
يُقدَّم التطبيقُ «كما هو» دون ضماناتٍ صريحةٍ أو ضمنيّة. لا تتحمّل Alfa Soft — إلى الحدّ الذي يسمح به النظام — أيّةَ أضرارٍ غيرِ مباشرةٍ أو تبعيّة، وتقتصر مسؤوليّتُنا الإجماليّةُ على ما دفعتَه مقابل الخدمة خلال الأشهر الاثني عشر السابقة.
7) الإنهاء
يجوز لنا تعليقُ الخدمة أو إنهاؤها عند مخالفة هذه الشروط، ويمكنك التوقّف عن الاستخدام وطلبُ حذف حسابك في أيّ وقت.
8) القانون الحاكم
تخضع هذه الشروطُ لأنظمة المملكة العربيّة السعوديّة، وتُحلُّ النزاعاتُ أمام الجهات المختصّة فيها.
9) التغييرات
قد نُحدّث هذه الشروط وننشر النسخةَ المحدّثة على هذا الرابط مع تعديل تاريخ «آخر تحديث». استمرارُك في الاستخدام يعني قبولَك التحديث.

These Terms govern your use of the Infinite Pro app (point-of-sale and simple reports) provided by Alfa Soft. By downloading or using the app you agree to these Terms; if you do not agree, do not use the app.
1) License & use
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for your lawful business only. All intellectual-property rights in the app remain with Alfa Soft.
2) Accounts & management
Account creation, permissions and subscriptions are managed through the system's web application; the mobile app is a POS and reporting interface for an existing account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
3) Acceptable use
Do not use the app for any unlawful purpose or in violation of others' rights, and do not attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineering, or disruption of the service. You are responsible for the accuracy of your data and its compliance with your local tax and accounting rules.
4) Subscriptions & payment
Subscriptions and billing are handled via the web app / Alfa Soft channels; there are no in-app digital purchases. Prices and renewal cycles are set at subscription time, and fees are non-refundable unless the law provides otherwise.
5) Data & privacy
Our handling of your data is governed by the Privacy Policy, and you may request deletion of your account and data from the Delete Account page (links below).
6) Disclaimer & limitation of liability
The app is provided “as is” without express or implied warranties. To the extent permitted by law, Alfa Soft is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the service in the preceding twelve months.
7) Termination
We may suspend or terminate the service upon breach of these Terms, and you may stop using the app and request deletion of your account at any time.
8) Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and disputes are resolved before its competent authorities.
9) Changes
We may update these Terms and will post the updated version at this URL with a revised “last updated” date. Continued use means acceptance of the update.
